The exterior of this hillside home was completely renovated utilizing contemporary materials and details well suited to our Southern California climate. The entry was designed to provide a secure and private garden atrium. The floating roof allows plenty of natural light into the space as well as providing protection from the elements. The home opens to a rear patio with 180 degree views of the valley below. The back patio structure incorporates automated louvers which the homeowner can adjust to allow in natural light as desired.
